Super Saiyan-a stage of power where the saiyan has blonde hair and his eyes turn blue,they are extremley powerful.to reach super saiyan you must have reached the required PL and be mad enough(i will tell you if you are mad enough to turn super saiyan).you dont need to be mad to achieve ultimate ssj 1st or 2nd stage you.
Super Saiyan 1st stage- PL 1,000,000(all stats X7)
Ultimate Super Saiyan 1st Stage- PL 4,000,000(all stats X9)
Ultimate Super Saiyan 2nd Stage- PL 5,000,000(all stats X10)
Super Saiyan 2nd stage- PL 10,000,000(all stats X13)
Super Saiyan 3rd Stage- PL 30,000,000(all stats X16)
Super Saiyan 4th Stage- PL 50,000,000(all stats X20)
Oozauro- saiyan turns into a giant monkey. they must have a tail. if you arent strong enough there is a chance you cannot controle it. (all stats X3)
Golden Oozauro- same as oozauro but is golden.you must have a tail and on old vegeta.all stats x18
Fusion Dance- all stats are combined,so are the names for 1 hour.with Potarra earrings the fusion lasts as long as they are on or until i say so.

Pikkon with weighted clothes and turban- normal stage
Pikkon without weighted clothes and turban-PL 10,000,000(all stats x13)
Zarbon - Zarbon transforms into a monster
Zarbon - reg form
Zarbon Monster - 500,000 (all stats x3)
Buu
Egg form-Normal stage
Fat Buu-PL 3,000,000(all stats x9)
Majin Buu-PL 7,000,000(all stats x11)
Kid Buu-PL 13,000,000(all stats x13)
Super Buu-PL 20,000,000(all stats x15)
Absorbing- if you aborb someone there stats and attacks are combined for 2 days.
Android 17- instead of merging with new 17 he can power can power
Android 17-normal stage
Super 17-PL 12,000,000(all stats x16)
Android 13 - Instead of absorbing parts from Androids 14 and 15, he can transform into Ultra Android 13.

Ultra Android 13 - PL 11,000,000 (stats x13)
Janemba- janemba transforms from a fat janemba to a skinier janemba

Were Nameks- Nameks versions of Oozauro Lasts for 2 hours, all stats are doubled
Super Namek- this is the ability to permanetly merge with another namek.you must quest on namek for another namek character it takes 1 week to quest for 1 namek and i will decide how much you add to your stats
Changelings
Changelings can change there shapes to increase there power
Stage 1-normal shape
Stage 2- 500,000 (all stats X2)
Stage 3- 700,000 (all stats X4)
Stage 4- 1,000,000 (all stats X6)
Stage 5- 3,000,000 (all stats X8)
Cell-cell has the ability to power up like a super saiyan instead of absorbing the andriods
Larva Form-normal stage
Imperfect Cell- 300,000 (all stats X6)
Imperfect Cell 2nd stage- 1,000,000 (all stats X8)
Perfect Cell- 4,000,000 (all stats X11)
Ultra Perfect Cell- 10,000,000 (all stats X13)
Kyodaika- this ability can only be used by characters in the devil race

Hildegarn - This demonic beast can evolve to other forms

Complete Hildegarn - 1,000,000 PL (Stats x8)
Evolved Hildegarn - 15,000,000 (Stats x19)
The Milkyway Fighters: Zangya, Bido, Bojacks, Bujin, and Gokua -
Saiyan Destroyer - The power up stage for the Milkyway Fighters, this power up changes the users body. Their hair turns bright red and skin takes a greenish appearance. (Two versions)
